Please ensure you have read and understood these terms prior to applying to for a wholesale account or placing a wholesale order with us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale account holders.
GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business, and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store or website that you have listed. New customers can apply for a wholesale account at alpenglowmanor.com/apply Account approval is at the sole discretion of Alpenglow Manor LLC. Because we are constantly adding to and improving our product mix, we’re happy to field inquiries regarding new products and designs. However, not all retail products that are available on our Etsy shop are available at wholesale pricing.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS
For first time customers (opening orders) the minimum order value is $150.
Minimum item quantities are 6, 8, 10, 12 or 50 depending on the type of item and the details appear next to each product listing.
For reorders, there is a required $200 minimum.
PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars at wholesale pricing. All wholesale pricing includes shipping, so you will incur no additional fees such as freight charges when purchasing from us. This helps you to easily calculate what your retail markup will be. Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Wholesale orders placed with Alpenglow Manor LLC are accepted through our online order system, or may be requested by sending an email to info@alpenglowmanor.com. Our invoice is the buying contract. A physical invoice is sent with the product when shipped.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment for all orders are due within thirty (30) days (Net 30) of order date and to be paid by check. Payments shall be made to the address or account specified on the Invoice provided in the shipped package or delivered box. Once an order is placed or confirmed, the order is binding and no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
For those who wish to pay with credit card, PayPal or other forms of online payment instead, payments must be made at the time of ordering through our online checkout system or prior to the shipment of any goods. Prepaid orders will receive a digital invoice marked paid sent to your email.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and handling charges are included in wholesale pricing. We ship from Mount Shasta, CA, and use USPS Ground Advantage (3-6 days) on all domestic orders unless otherwise requested. Please let us know if your retail location does not accept USPS deliveries.
ESTIMATED LEAD TIME
Items are made to order with a ship date that is usually 10-21 days from order date. Customized orders and large quantities may take longer to fulfill. Lead times longer than 3 weeks will be communicated to the buyer when the order is received.
NATURE OF HANDMADE GOODS
While we strive for consistency, our products are handmade in small quantities, so there may be slight variation in appearance from one order to the next. We believe this artistic touch enhances the character of the overall mix of products.
RETURN POLICY
Since my products are custom made for you, all sales are final on wholesale merchandise and may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Cailin at info@alpenglowmanor.com within 7 business days of receipt to discuss any goods damaged in shipment. At this time damaged goods are handled on a case by case basis, and damaged product must be identified and documented with supplied photography for our records. Damaged merchandise that meets the aforementioned qualifications may be replaced with new merchandise at no additional cost.

All of the designs, products, and content within and any materials made available on the website are the sole property of Alpenglow Manor LLC (Alpenglow Manor). The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form without the express written consent of Alpenglow Manor LLC (Alpenglow Manor).
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Alpenglow Manor LLC (Alpenglow Manor). Alpenglow Manor LLC (Alpenglow Manor) does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the Alpenglow Manor LLC (Alpenglow Manor) website.
